[conversations with my teenagers]

My oldest is visiting this weekend, and my second-oldest just came home after a week away with 'framily' (you know - friends like family).

We visited the farmer's market this morning, and later went to pick up craft supplies for Halloween costumes (yes, of course they're still dressing up at 19 and 16!)

Ian is 19, and we gave him his diploma almost a year ago, just before he moved out.

In Texas, each homeschool family is considered to be a private school, and as such, the parents make up the graduation requirements and decide when to bestow the diploma.
