manifestations, gratitude, and a free workshop!
Hi, friend! It will likely be 2025 by the time you read this!
I’ve been in a cocoon of family, delicious food, studying, and reflecting on this glorious (and challenging) year, and how I can co-create even more beauty and joy in our future…
Before I start in on planning for the new year, I like to take the weeks between Solstice and my birthday (January 15) to amp up my feelings of gratitude for everything from the past year, and to take stock of where I’ve been and what I’ve accomplished - and also, to notice and honor those parts that didn’t work out, or didn’t feel so good.
I’ve been doing this consciously since 2013, and it is a ritual that I love and look forward to each year. It feels like polishing and calibrating my golden inner compass, so that it’s in perfect working order to take me where I want to go.
Acknowledging these things with clear eyes helps us to orient ourSelves on solid ground (metaphorically), before we strike off in a new and ambitious direction!
My manifestation skills have been on point this year - even when things have felt like they were in freefall, they turned out to be supportive, better than expected, or something that worked out in our favor even if it appeared to be the opposite at first.
It’s good to hold your manifestations lightly, I’ve learned, to make room for those wild happenings you never knew were even a remote possibility!
